We aim to provide a simple, smooth, and secure process for you to book your next glamping vacation. Our properties are individual glamping businesses that our parent company Branch Out Ventures has helped to create.

We provide services in property management, revenue management, digital marketing, online distribution, and sustainable development to prospective and established glamping businesses.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as you click Confirm & Finalize Now after entering your payment information. 

What is my cancellation policy?

Your cancellation policy can be found on the listing page as well as the final page of the check out process right before you confirm your booking. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email via the address that you provided while going through the booking process. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at:

What currency will I be charged in?

Currently, we only have the ability to charge in USD.

What can I do if my card is declined?

There are many reasons why your card may have been declined. Please contact us below and we can let you know why your card was declined.

Is there a service fee?

No. We do not charge a service fee on top of the booking total. You can see a breakdown of the booking costs before checking out.

Can I make multiple bookings?

Technically, you are able to make multiple bookings. However, if you are making multiple bookings with the intention of eventually cancelling any of the other bookings, you are subject to the cancellation policy for each booking and will be charged/refunded accordingly.

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I change my booking?

How do I get a refund?

Keep in mind that your refund is tied to the cancellation policy. Please contact us if you would like to cancel in order to initiate a refund.

You will find the direct contact information for the host in the confirmation email you receive after booking. Please contact us if you are unable to find this information.

Can I bring a pet?

You may bring a pet if the unit is pet-friendly. If the unit is pet friendly there will be an option to choose to add a pet when you select your dates for booking. If you would like to add a pet or have a question about the unit, please contact us below.

How do I submit a review?

After your check-out date, you will be sent an email that will allow you to submit a review. If you do not receive a notification, please let us know.

What if I cannot find the location?

If you have already tried to contact the host and are unable to get through. Please contact us and we will try to reach the host on your behalf.

Why can’t I speak with the host directly?

Branch Out Glamping is a service that hosts use in order to assist in the booking process. If you have a specific question for the host or about the property, please direct your question to us and we will provide you with an answer in a timely manner.
