- Battery powered fan for hot days/nights to keep the edge off - we recommend outdoor adventures in the day during this summer heat as the evening cools down significantly.
- Propane Heater: Keeping you warm on chilly nights.
- Pet Bed: Welcoming your furry friend with comfort.
- Common Area with WiFi: In the Heritage RV, which is the common area for guests staying in the tents, we provide cooking basics, hairdryers, irons, and a laptop friendly working space.

- Guest Policies: Pets must be on a leash outside of the tents. Children and infants are welcome, with additional bedding available upon request.
- Additional Guests: For parties larger than four, please inform us in advance. We can provide extra mattresses for a small fee.
- Booking Information: For same-day reservations, please book before noon to allow us time to prepare your tent.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
