How many more units can I add to my winery?
Whether you have 10 cabins or 100 tiny homes, we can accomodate. Our bespoke packages are tailored to every individual campground so depending on what your revenue goals are, we work with you to add as many glamping units to your existing site as possible. We take into consideration your existing ADR, occupancy, location and special activities to propose the right number of additional units.
What is revenue optimization?
We take the stress out of you having to figure out what to charge per night. Utilizing real time competitive pricing data we implement smart dynamic pricing based on supply and demand. Your account manager will work one-on-one with you to determine the base rates for each season. Then when someone goes to book the base rate is adjusted up or down based on demand and occupancy rates. This is a best practice developed by the hotel industry to maximize revenue by creating a balance between the number or night booked and the nightly rate.
Can you work with my existing staff?
Yes, we can work with you to ensure we follow the processes of the campground. We have a account management team that can take over some of the back end management of the glamping units so you don't have to. We customize the solution to each campgrounds needs
